If you do not accept or agree to be bound by these terms, you must immediately uninstall the application and terminate all usage of our services.

Age & Competence: Access to RajWise-Loan Advisor is strictly limited to individuals who possess the complete legal capacity to enter into binding obligations under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By utilizing this application, you warrant and represent that you are at least 18 years of age and face no legal restrictions or statutory prohibitions that would bar you from receiving our advisory services.

Profile Accuracy: To successfully utilize our credit assessment and loan advisory features, you must establish a personal profile. You agree to provide fully authentic, accurate, and updated personal data. The deployment of fictitious identities, aliases, or fraudulent contact credentials is comprehensively prohibited and shall be treated as a material breach of this agreement.

Advisory Tool Classification: RajWise-Loan Advisor operates exclusively as an informational and digital guidance tool. We utilize the information you provide, alongside alternative system telemetry, to offer estimates, analytical comparisons, and educational insights regarding your potential creditworthiness and available financial instruments.

No Lending Status: We are not a banking institution, non-banking financial company (NBFC), direct lender, or credit bureau.

No Loan Approvals Guarantee: Any credit scores, eligibility estimations, or product recommendations generated by our application are purely for informational and reference purposes. They do not constitute an assurance, promise, or guarantee of ultimate loan approval or specific interest rates from third-party financial institutions. Final credit underwriting decisions rest solely with the independent lending entities based on their distinct internal policies and risk appetites.

Custody of Access: You retain exclusive personal liability for safeguarding the strict confidentiality of your authentication details, including received One-Time Passwords (OTPs) and profile credentials. Any action, request, or transaction executed through your registered profile will be legally deemed as an operation authorized directly by you.

Compromise Notification: In the event that you detect any unauthorized access, suspicious behavior, or potential security breach involving your profile, you are obligated to notify our support team immediately via email at business@rajwiseloanadvisor.com. We assume no liability for any losses or damages arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

Limited License: We grant you a restricted, non-transferable, revocable, and personal license to utilize RajWise-Loan Advisor solely for your individual, non-commercial financial planning and evaluation needs.

Prohibited Behaviors:

• Selling, sub-licensing, renting, or commercially exploiting the application or its advisory outputs.
• Utilizing automated scripts, web crawlers, data mining tools, or scrapers to extract information from our platform.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to discover the source code or proprietary scoring algorithms of the software.
• Permitting third parties to share or pool your account access to bypass platform limits.

Account Revocation: We reserve the absolute right to suspend, restrict, or completely terminate your profile access at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we detect a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or attempts to compromise the technical integrity of our system.
